There is plenty of work for four or more full-time doctors at BMC. For the past several years we have had no more than three on site at a time. With stateside assignments and vacations, there were often only two doctors available. Recently two of the career doctors left Nalerigu and does not plan to return. Presently there is only one doctor on staff.
